Wallabies survive the Springboks!

9.34am, Sunday 9th October, London Bridge, London, England

Morning folks, I haven’t really been keen to mention the Wallabies so far, as I truly thought that our combination of starry eyed young kids were fabulous, but possibly not tough enough for the World Cup Rugby hot stove. I stand corrected. Those boys literally survived the Springboks today, on the back of a huge game from David Pocock, and even though they’re bruised badly, will back up stronger against – probably – the All Blacks. Although, as I write this in front of the TV, they haven’t scored a try yet. Lucky they’ve got Piri Weepu landing all those penalties! Well into the second half, and Argentina are doing well. So well done The Wallabies.

So seeing as it’s Sunday, were off to find a traditional English cafe for a fry up breakfast.

Oh, by the way, last September when I was here, I took a photo of the massive building that’s creeping up story by story into the sky above London Bridge Station called The Shard. Heres where they’re at now, and what it should look like at the end of the day.

Keeping the ref aside for a moment, playing their traditional kicking game might have helped them more
